Many species of turtles live in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Liguria. The shape of their shield protects them from danger. This shape inspired the design phase of LIGURE WATCHES. We let the case extend slightly over the lugs so that the attachment of the strap forms an aesthetic. The cushion shape and brushed wavy side increase wearing comfort.

Turtles are known for their long lifespans, with some estimated to live 100 to 150 years. Their unique and characteristic shape inspired us to design the Tartaruga series.
INSPIRATION
The 4.5 mm thick two-coloured silicone -rubber LIGURE strap has the profile of a rain tire on the inside. The moisture between the strap and wrist will be drained. This increases wearing comfort.
Finished with with a drop of vanilla hand oil.
