We have done our utmost to inform you as fully as possible via our website. We have listed the most frequently asked questions below. If your question is not listed, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to assist you.

  • HOW CAN I BE SURE I AM BUYING A GENUINE LIGURE WATCH?
    All LIGURE WATCHES sold at our authorized stores and online in our webshop are authentic. Beyond that, the safest way to identify an authentic LIGURE WATCH is handing it to an expert, for example an authorized store or service center. All LIGURE WATCHES carry a unique identification number: their serial number can be checked by contacting us online.
  • IS MY LIGURE WATCH COVERED UNDER WARRANTY? HOW LONG DOES THE WARRANTY LAST?
    The warranty coverage applies to any manufacturing defect, within the frame of the warranty conditions, and entails that LIGURE WATCHES will take any corrective action that is necessary to ensure the watch performs as per standard.
  • HOW CAN I HAVE MY STRAP-BRACELET CHANGED?
    The Silicone Rubber bands of your LIGURE WATCH can be changed by authorized dealers, or by any jeweler-shop. Markers are placed on the side of the tire to increase accuracy.
  • WHAT ARE THE MAIL SERVICE INTERVENTIONS FOR MY LIGURE
    Regular maintenance, properly carried out, will allow your LIGURE WATCH to maintain its performance and reliability in the long term. By respecting the service deadlines* recommended, and by ensuring that servicing is done (by an authorized service center), you will extend the lifespan of your watch – and protect your investment. *Every 2 years we recommend a maintenance service, which includes: checking movement parameters and watch functions, changing all seals, checking water resistance, cleaning of the case and (metal) bracelet. **Every 4 to 6 years, we recommend a complete service, which includes: disassembly, cleaning and replacing of standard movement parts, assembly, lubrication, adjustment and setting of movement function parameters; changing all seals, partial changing of hands and checking of water resistance; refurbishment of the case and (metal) bracelet.
  • TO WHOM CAN I TURN, WHEN I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY LIGURE WATCH?

  • ARE ALL LIGURE WATCHES AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE?
    Yes, all of the LIGURE WATCHES are available for online purchase. Our watches are 'made to order', which means that we assemble the watches for you in our workshop. In exceptional cases, a certain model may be temporarily unavailable due to high demand.
  • IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK IS THERE A WAY I CAN BE NOTIFIED WHEN IT BECOMES AVAILABLE?
    To be notified if a sold-out item becomes available again, click on "Inform me" on the item's page and then enter your email address. You will receive a notification once the item is back in stock.
  • CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
    Yes, that is possible we can process your order over the phone in most cases. Please contact our Customer Service Centre +31854892010. Our representatives are available from 9 am to 5.30pm from Monday to Friday. Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm
  • CAN I SAVE A PRODUCT FOR LATER?
    We do not offer product reservations, due to the limited number of our pieces.
  • IS SHOPPING ONLINE WITH LIGURE WATCHES SECURE?
    Yes, all data and payment information submitted through our online-shop is safely secured by SSL encryption (https). We do not retain your payment information, including credit card numbers or PayPal account details.
  • HOW MUCH TAXES AND DUTIES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
    Product prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT based on the shipping country. Parcels shipped within the European Union are not subject to duty fees.
  • IS SHOPPING ONLINE WITH LIGURE WATCHES SECURE?
    Yes, all data and payment information submitted through our online-shop is safely secured by SSL encryption (https). We do not retain your payment information, including credit card numbers or PayPal account details.
  • WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
    Paypal and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) may be used for all purchases. Orders valued at €2000/£2000 or higher may also be paid via bank transfer.
  • CAN I SELECT THE CURRENCY I PAY IN?
    No, payments are made in the currency of the delivery country.
  • IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHARGE A SINGLE ORDER TO MULTIPLE CARDS?
    No, all orders must be paid in full via a single payment method.
  • WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
    Your credit card is charged once your order is shipped; however, your account may show a pre-authorization hold of the payment immediately. Bank Transfer: You will be charged as soon as you have made the transfer. You will be charged by LWG Europe B.V.
  • MAY I CHANGE THE PAYMENT METHOD AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
    No, once an order is placed, it is not possible to change the payment method.
  • HOW MUCH TAXES AND DUTIES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
    Product prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT based on the shipping country. Parcels shipped within the European Union are not subject to duty fees.
  • I AM VISITING FROM OUTSIDE THE EU. CAN I CLAIM VAT BACK ON PURCHASES MADE ONLINE?
    A VAT refund is offered for orders that meet certain conditions. For online and phone orders, refunds can be requested by sending an email to: taxes@ligurewatches.com
  • WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
    Ligure Watches offers five methods of delivery in Europe: - Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days - ‘Offline-store- Pick-Up Delivery. Please note, delivery times are estimates. Due to the current economic situation, the delivery time may differ locally. Unfortunately we have no influence on this.
  • WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
    LIGURE WATCHES is currently shipping directly to 15 countries in Europe: - United Kingdom - Ireland - France - Belgium - Luxembourg - Netherlands - Finland - Germany - Austria - Spain - Portugal - Italy - Norway -Sweden -Denmark For delivery in other countries please contact us by sending an email to: marketing@ligurewatches.com
  • CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A COLLECTION POINT OR PO BOX ADDRESS?
    We do not ship to certain addresses, such as military, certain restricted areas, courier-pick-up points or PO boxes.
  • MAY I PICK UP MY ORDER AT ONE OF THE OFFLINE-SHOP-POINTS?
    Offline-shop-pick-up is offered only in certain locations, please contact us for more information by sending an email to: marketing@ligurewatches.com
  • CAN I TRACK/FOLLOW THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    Once your order is shipped from our workshop in Germany, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.
  • WILL I BE CHARGED BY CUSTOMS?
    No, orders delivered within the European Union will not be charged by customs.
  • DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?
    No, same-day delivery is not offered at this time.
  • IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?
    Yes, your package is insured during transit until arrival at your designated delivery address. A signature is required upon receipt. All orders will require an ID check from the recipient specified on the shipping label.
